My name is Claus-H. Pahlke Cruz Garcia.

I came to Puerto Vallarta first in 1995 and I have fallen in love with this town and its people immediately. In 1999 I moved from Germany to Puerto Vallarta to live here permanently to work as an architect and investor.

With my partner Eduardo Cruz Garcia, born in this wonderful city, I realized several condominium and house projects. Villa Europa is our latest edition and for sure you will love it.

I will assist you with my team wherever needed. If any questions arise during your stay, please be assured that we are proactive and will do everything possible to ensure you have a fantastic stay here in our beautiful Puerto Vallarta.

Please call +52-322-178-5558 (land line) or my cell phone: +52-322-294-1200.
